Americans Test Positive For An Array Of Toxins - Study of Toxins Says U.S. Children Are at High Risk. - Los Angeles Times February 1, 2003
Some medical experts suspect that environmental contaminants could be behind some neurological disorders, such as attention deficit disorder and Parkinson's disease and hormone-related disorders, such as endometriosis, breast cancer, testicular cancer and infertility. The bodies of American children contain higher levels of about a dozen industrial chemicals and pesticides than their adult counterparts, the report shows. "This report is by far the most extensive assessment ever made of the exposure in the U.S. population to environmental chemicals," says Dr. David Fleming, deputy director of the CDC.
The Cycle of Toxins, Illness and Profit "The huge transnational companies that produce toxic chemicals found in pesticides, herbicides and industrial and household products profit not only from the sale of these products, but also from the symptoms and chronic illnesses that they can trigger. Toxins can originate from sources other than perticides and industrial chemicals in the environment:

Dental Amalgam The material in "silver" tooth fillings, contains approximately 50 per cent of the highly toxic heavy metal mercury. Sweden, Canada and Germany, have either banned or imposed serious limitations on Amalgam usage.

Aspartame (NutraSweet) appears to cause slow, silent damage in those unfortunate enough to not have immediate reactions and a reason to avoid it. It may take one year, five years, 10 years, or 40 years, but it seems to cause some reversible and some irreversible changes in health over long-term use. "Aspartame has a profound effect on mood and cognition....depressed mood, anxiety, dizziness, panic attacks, nausea, irritability, impairment of memory and concentration.

The soybean contains large quantities of natural toxins or "antinutrients". Update on The Story of Baby Alan
In last month's newsletter, I reported about Alan Yurko who is serving life in prison, wrongly convicted of shaking his baby to death. Now Chief medical examiner Dr. Shashi Gore who performed the autopsy on baby Alan admits errors and omissions in court. Doctors Viera Schiebner, Ph.D., Harold E. Buttram, MD and F. "In the 1874 edition of The Homeopathic World (pages 199-200), I came across this item: “Therapeutic notes: Sarracenia purpurea in Small Pox. This plant, called also Indian Cup, grows plentifully in Nova Scotia, where it was discovered in 1862 by Dr. F. W. Morris, who we are indebted for a knowledge if its efficacy in small-pox. Such benefit has resulted from its use on the continent, that it is thought to be destined one day, to supercede vaccination. Dr. Mouremans states, in the “Revue Homeopathique Belge”, that between the months of January and July 1871, above 2000 persons, who employed it as a prophylactic, were preserved from smallpox, although living in an infected district, and having frequent intercourse with variola patients; and in the same time, 200 sufferers from that disease owed their recovery mainly to this remedy.” As a homeopathic remedy, Sarracenia was taken daily, in 3C, 6C, and 9C potency to prevent or ameliorate smallpox when the disease was known to be in the area."
