California Health Freedom - Governor Gray Davis signed into law the most important Health Freedom bill in world history
Last September, California Governor Gray Davis signed into law California SB 577. This bill makes health care "wide open."  Naturopaths, Homeopaths, Nutritionists, etc., are now free to offer services, without harassment. Read the whole bill

Forced Drugging of Children Parents may face jail over compulsory drug orders

In the US judges can constitutionally order controversial drugs to be given to a child over the opposition of his parents.  Parents are medicating their children for fear of having them  hauled away by Child Protective Services. In the UK Parents of children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) will face jail under proposals in the new Mental Health Bill if they refuse to drug their children, a psychiatrist has warned. In September 2002, California Governor Grey Davis signed a most controversial mental health bill which puts parents at risk over compulsory drug orders.

Peter R. Breggin, M.D - "The drugging of children has gotten so out of hand that America is waking up to this. This is a national catastrophe. I'm seeing children who are normal who are on five psychiatric drugs." Peter R. Breggin, M.D. is the director of the International Center for the Study of Psychiatry and Psychology

Julian Whitaker M.D. -  "Ritalin: Legally Sanctioned "Speed"  Ritalin is the number one prescription drug for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This drug has such tremendous potential for abuse that it is classified as a controlled substance by the Drug Enforcement Agency. Ritalin is an amphetamine (in street jargon, "speed") with a lengthy list of side effects, including nervousness, insomnia, nausea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, dizziness, palpitations, headaches, irregular heart rhythms, and psychic dependence — in short, addiction.  In fact, Ritalin's appeal to drug users and its potential for abuse are so high that US House Judiciary Chair Henry Hyde (R-IL) recently filed a request with the General Accounting Office (GAO) to conduct an investigation of Ritalin abuse in public schools. In addition, class action lawsuits have been filed in Texas, California and New Jersey charging Swiss pharmaceutical giant Novartis, maker of Ritalin, with conspiracy to create the psychiatric disorder known as ADHD in order to fuel the market for their product." Dr. Allen Buresz - "In 1996 the World Health Organization warned that Ritalin over-use has reached dangerous proportions. Ritalin, for instance, may provoke seizures and suppress growth, or it may cause angina, blood pressure changes, depression or any of a very long list of serious side effects."

Helping Children, Not Drugging Them
A wide variety of complaints, including over-activity, fatigue, bed-wetting, inappropriate behavior, and even epilepsy, in some children, may be due to allergies. Allergic infants can be so hyperactive that they rock their cribs about the room or bounce them off the walls and begin to walk earlier than normal. By isolating and correcting this, the child can be helped so that there are no symptoms and no need for drugs.

Dr. Bernard Rimland, PhD of the Autism Research Institute (ARI) sponsors vaccine danger awareness conferences

Big Conferences are going on three and four times a year which are attended by thousands of people who listen M.D.s and other scientific researchers who have turned against modern vaccines. Most attending are concerned about possible treatments to REVERSE the injury done to their child by a vaccine. One of the big sponsors of some of these conferences is Dr. Bernard Rimland, PhD of the Autism Research Institute (ARI). Vaccines Proven To Be Largest Cause of Insulin Dependent Diabetes in Children.
Diabetics Advised to Seek Legal Counsel Now, Before Their Right to Compensation Expires.

Dr. J. Bart Classen, an immunologist at Classen Immunotherapies, presented data yesterday at the International Public Conference on Vaccination which proved vaccines are the largest cause of Insulin Dependent Diabetes in Children. His data indicated that vaccines cause approximately 80% of cases of insulin dependent diabetes in children who have received multiple vaccines starting after 2 month of life.

Dr. Classen presented data supporting a causal relationship between many different vaccines and the development of insulin diabetes. His data included the pertussis, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, hemophilus influenza and others. The data indicated people with vaccine induced diabetes may not develop the disease until 4 or more years after receiving a vaccine. Lawyers attending the conference and who reviewed the data, advise diabetics to seek legal counsel at once. The government provides compensation for vaccine induced injuries however there is a statute of limitations. Insulin dependent diabetes cost the patient about $1 million over their life time. Dr. Classen’s research has been published in numerous journals and featured in national news reports.

Rimadyl Risk-Be Aware - CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST MAKERS OF RIMADYL
There is a serious risk of side effects that you or your veterinarian may not be aware of.  Some dogs have died due to the unexpectedly rapid onset of side effects of Rimadyl, and/or because the drug's side effects. The FDA receiving more than 6,000 bad reaction reports about the drug manufactured by Pfizer. As a result, the FDA requested that Pfizer advise consumers in their advertising that death was a possible side effect. Pfizer refused and pulled their advertising, however they have included "death" as a possible side effect on the drug label.

Open-Air Bioweapon Tests Reported "The United States held open-air biological and chemical weapons tests in at least three states--Alaska, Hawaii and Utah--during the 1960s in an effort to develop defenses against such weapons, according to Pentagon documents. Some of those involved in the tests say they now suffer health problems linked to their exposure to dangerous chemicals and germs. They are pressing the Veterans Affairs Department to compensate them and the Defense Department to release more information about the tests."

• "27 newly disclosed secret tests were conducted in California, Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland and Utah, officials said. The tests, conducted from 1962 to 1973, were also carried out in Canada and the United Kingdom."
• "Defense officials insisted that civilians were exposed only to live biological agents that simulated more deadly agents in the way they spread, but were themselves believed to be harmless. However, the simulated substances included E. coli and other agents that were later found to be harmful or fatal to young children, the elderly and those with compromised immune systems."
