Asks Court To Seal MMR Vaccine Records WASHINGTON (Reuters Health)
- Attorneys for the Bush Administration asked a federal court on Monday
to order that documents on hundreds of cases of autism allegedly caused
by childhood vaccines be kept from the public. Attorneys for the families
of hundreds of autistic children charged that the government was trying
to keep the information out of civil courts, where juries might be convinced
to award large judgments against vaccine manufacturers. The court is currently
hearing approximately 1,000 claims brought by the families of autistic
children. The suits charge that the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine,
which until recently included a mercury-containing preservative known as
thimerosal, can cause neurological damage leading to autism. more

of Barbara Loe Fisher to California legislature "Personally, I
come here as a parent of a son who had a neurological reaction to his fourth
DPT shot at age two and a half that caused brain dysfunction, including
multiple learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder (ADD), but
who was fortunate not to lose his life or be left with mental retardation,
uncontrolled epilepsy, autism, or other severe disabilities like so many
of the vaccine injured children I have come to know. When my son had his
vaccine reaction in 1980, children in America were told to get 23 doses
of 7 vaccines. Today, children are told to get 37 doses of 11 vaccines.
In those 22 years since my son had his vaccine reaction, the numbers of
American children with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder
and asthma have doubled; diabetes has tripled; and the incidence of autism
has reached epidemic proportions, increasing 200 to 600 percent in every
state, marking a staggering 3400 percent increase in the prevalence of
autism in our children."

Here in America, conventional wisdom is trumpeted into our perception
through the most controlled media the world has ever seen. Both Hitler
and Goebels would turn over in their graves in a frenzy of jealousy if
they could see the way modern Americans respond to modern propaganda technology.
Many Americans easily believe the most unbelievable things when they feel
that they are expected to do so. Partly because technology is widely seen
to be something that laymen cannot understand, we are led to accept astonishingly
bad science as if it were gospel. We either don’t care or don’t realize
that widespread popular opinion is always designed and manufactured; somebody
pays to have opinion established. It costs a great deal of money to install
a cultural belief, even in a gullible population.
Nowhere is bad science more deceptively contrived and universally successful
than in the medical consequences of uninformed food choices in our grocery
store. One of the worst of the deceptions found there is in the fats and
oils section of the store. An epidemic of chronic degenerative disease
is the price we’re paying for not independently informing ourselves of
important health facts. more

Danger of Vaccines: Congressman is calling
for criminal penalties for any government agency that knew about the dangers
of thimerosal in vaccines and did nothing to protect American children.
Congressman
Dan Burton(R-Indiana) during Congressional Hearing: "You mean to tell me
that since 1929, we've been using Thimerosal, and the only test that
you know of is from 1929, and every one of those people had mennigitis,
and they all died?" For nearly an hour, Burton repeatedly asked FDA and
CDC officials what they knew and when they knew it. more

In last month's newsletter there
was an excerpt of a book discussing the use of homeopathic treatment
for smallpox with 'Sarracenia Purpurea' remedy. There is another
homeopathic/herbal remedy that has been successfully used for the treatment
of smallpox: HYDRASTIS
CANADENSIS (Golden Seal) "The power of Hydrastis internally
and locally over smallpox seen in modifying the disease, abolishing
its distressing symptoms, shortening its course, lessening its danger and

The Toxicity of
Soy Products Recently, the British government's Committee
on Toxicity in Food and the Environment (C o T) has assessed the
risks to consumers of the phytoestrogens (isoflavones) in soy foods and
other products, especially the risks to infants of hormonal disruption
from consumption of soy infant formulas. Contrary to popular belief that
soy is a health food, evidence reveals that soy consumption has been linked
to numerous disorders, including infertility, increased cancer and infantile
leukemia, Type1 diabetes, and precocious puberty in children have
been fed soy formula. (early maturation, such as breast development and
menstruation as early as 6 years of age). Scientists have known for years
that the isoflavones in soy products can depress thyroid function and cause
goiters in otherwise healthy children and adults. A combined research team
of Cornell University Medical College and Long Island Community Hospital
medical experts have found that children who develop Type1 diabetes are
twice as likely to have been fed soy formulas as those fed all other foods
This confirms concerns based on animal studies raised in the 1980's and
1990s by Health Canada researcher Dr Fraser Scott and led to the American
Academy of Pediatrics issuing their warning to pediatricians against any
use of soy based formulas.
